9. Is my parcel insured?

No. Jampani International Couriers does not provide shipment insurance.

If you wish to insure your shipment, you may obtain insurance independently from a third-party insurance provider before dispatch. We recommend reviewing the insurer’s terms and coverage to ensure they meet your requirements.

10. What happens if my shipment is lost?

A shipment is considered lost only after it has been officially declared lost by the carrier following their investigation and claims process. Delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, airline schedules, or other transit-related issues do not mean a shipment is lost.

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost, the sender may submit a claim. Compensation, if approved, is limited to the invoice value of the shipment contents and the freight charges paid (excluding GST), subject to the carrier’s terms, conditions, and claim approval process.

11. What happens if items are damaged during transit?

While every effort is made to handle shipments with care, Jampani International Couriers does not provide compensation for items damaged during transit.

Customers who require protection against damage should arrange shipment insurance through a third-party insurance provider before dispatch. Insurance is the only way to obtain coverage for damage that may occur during transportation.

We also recommend using strong, export-quality packaging, especially for fragile or valuable items, to help minimize the risk of damage during transit.
